The Doty Belt has a manufacturer warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects during normal and appropriate use.

All returns must be authorized in advance.

Claims
All claims for shortages or errors must be made immediately upon receipt of order to Doty Belt by e-mail at gdoty@dotybelt.com. Items held more than (60) sixty days from date of receipt will not be accepted for credit.

Print Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Doty Belt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Doty Belt reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Doty Belt will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
